If your purchase has a manufacturing fault or defect you may contact us by emailing us directly or completing the form below. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first two weeks after purchase to ensure satisfaction.
We will attempt to diagnose and resolve your problem by e-mail, so please include photo and video evidence of your issue. If we are unable to diagnose or solve the issue, we will have you return the product.
Upon return of product and further assessment, we will offer a replacement or full refund. Please include the order number, purchaser name, a contact name/number/email and the reason for the return.
